About Us
Roy Burch Concrete is located in Los Osos California. We
provide contracting services on the California Central coast
in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Monterey and Kern Counties.
We will work outside those areas depending on the nature of
the job.
In addition to basic concrete contruction and finishing,
we offer our customers a variety of processes to enhance the
aesthetics of their project. They include:
- Concrete Overlay -
The process of applying a polymer concrete coating over
old or new surfaces. The polymer is a cementitious product
with elastic properties that adheres to almost any existing
interior or exterior surface making it a cost-effective
way to improve an old slab or floor. A thin layer of polymer
is artfully troweled onto a prepared surface and through
staining, saw cutting, dying and grouting, this overlay
process can accommodate an almost limitless range of designs
and colors. With the proper maintenance, these floors can
last almost indefinitely, offering a clear advantage over
many traditional and more costly alternatives.
- Stamping - The process
of imprinting the concrete surface with textures and patterns.
- Acid Stain - The special
process of applying mild acids to the surface to achieve
distinctive colors.
- Exposed Aggregate -
The process of adding small colored stones or other special
aggregates to the concrete mixture and then removing the
top surface of the concrete to expose the stones.
- Brick Inlay - The use
of brick borders to enhance a design.
